Client addresses, saved once
Add an address and VAT number once. Every future invoice for that client picks it up automatically. Stripe fills it in for you.
StatementPal turns your PayPal and Stripe payment exports into numbered, branded PDF invoices, with your clients' addresses on them. What used to take an evening now takes a minute.

Hours
Minutes.
I was paying my accountants a lot of money, and I still had to create every invoice myself each month. It took me hours to make one for each PayPal client. So I built StatementPal: first for myself, and now for everyone with the same problem.
The founder of StatementPalNo account connections and no typing. Just the export you can already download.
Download your activity from PayPal, or your payments from Stripe, as a CSV file.
Customer payments are recognised automatically. Bank deposits, conversions and refunds are kept aside.
One PDF or all of them as a ZIP, numbered in sequence and ready for your records or your accountant.
Built from a tool that has been doing this job for real, every single month.
Add an address and VAT number once. Every future invoice for that client picks it up automatically. Stripe fills it in for you.
Continue from your last invoice number. Each payment can only be invoiced once, so there are no duplicates and no gaps.
Your logo, colour, business details and closing note.
What came in, what's invoiced, and your running total.
Cancel an invoice and it keeps its number, marked VOID.
Less than an hour of an accountant's time, every month. Cancel any time.

No. You download a CSV export from PayPal or Stripe, the same file you'd give an accountant, and import it. StatementPal never asks for your logins and can't access your accounts.
Yes. PayPal exports in any language and number format are read automatically, whether your dates look like 8/1/2026 or 01.08.2026 and your amounts like 1,234.56 or 1.234,56. If a file is ever laid out differently, you match the columns once and StatementPal remembers it.
Yes. Add a client's address and VAT or tax number once and it appears on every invoice for them, including future months. Stripe exports usually fill the address in for you.
They're read and then discarded straight away. Only the payment details needed for your invoices are kept, and everything is deleted 30 days after you uninstall.
Yes. The free plan includes 5 invoices every month with all features, so you can try it on your real payments.
